Cancellation and Change

Order Cancellation Policy

For stock order
1. Free of charge.
2. The shipped order cannot be canceled.


For custom order

1. Free of charge within 2 days after you placed the order.
2. 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total for the cancellation within 1 week after the unit is in processing.
3. 35% handling fee will be deducted from the total for the cancellation after 1 week when the unit is in processing.
4. The shipped order cannot be canceled.



Order change Policy

For stock order

1. Free of charge.
2. The shipped order cannot be changed.

For custom order

1. Free of charge within 2 days after you placed the order.
2. All order information can be freely changed except that cap construction change is subject to $25 handling fee within 1 week.
3. 30% handling fee will be charged for any change after 1 week when the unit is under processing.
4. The shipped order cannot be canceled.
